Semaglutide, commonly know by its brand name, Ozempic, is a synthetic analogue of the naturally occurring hormone, GLP-1. How it Works

Key Notes

This peptide, like all agonist peptides, has possible side effects. Nausea, constipation or diarrhea, bloating, dizziness and mild fatigue. These side effects are common during the first 4-8 weeks of use and subside as the body adapts.

Avoid fatty and oily foods.

Despite not having an appetite, it is important to meet your daily caloric intake.
