All orders are shipped via The Courier Guy, our trusted logistics partner, ensuring reliable and efficient nationwide delivery.

We offer shipping across the entire country. No matter where you are located, we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
3. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, customers can expect delivery within 1–3 business days, depending on their location and courier operations.
5. Tracking Your Order
After your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
6. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are set at a fixed rate. Was R150 but now down to R120 thanks to a discounted business rate form The Courier Guy. We have passed that saving onto our customers. Shipping costs are subject to change should unforeseen increases transpire in the future.

7. Delays
While we aim to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, high shipping volumes, or courier-related issues. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
8. Responsibility
Once your order has been handed over to the courier, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping provider. However, we will assist in resolving any issues that may arise during transit.
