Overview

Klow is a blend of four different peptides in a fixed ratio. BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu and KPV. This blend of peptides is directed at tissue recovery, gut health, skin health and collogen production, the reduction of systematic inflammatory responses as well as tendon and ligament repair.

How it Works

The four peptides in KLOW operate through distinct signalling cascades that happen to converge on tissue repair, inflammation control, and extracellular matrix remodeling.

GHK-Cu delivers bioavailable copper into dermal and connective tissue. It activates fibroblast proliferation and upregulates genes for collagen I, collagen III, elastin, and glycosaminoglycans.

BPC-157 interacts with the nitric oxide system and upregulates growth hormone receptor expression. Research shows it promotes angiogenesis through VEGF pathway activation and accelerates tendon outgrowth via FAK-paxillin signalling. It also protects endothelial function and modulates dopamine and serotonin systems. 

TB-500 sequesters G-actin monomers, preventing premature polymerization. This allows orderly cytoskeletal reorganization at wound sites. 

KPV works by entering cells to block master inflammatory pathways, reducing the release of harmful inflammatory proteins (cytokines) and helping target gut and skin inflammation without causing skin darkening.

Suggested Doses

Add 3mL bacteriostatic water to get 26.7mg/mL. At that concentration, 7.5 units on a 100-unit insulin syringe delivers 2mg (the suggested dose), 15 units delivers 4mg, and 18 units delivers 4.8mg.

Run daily injections for 10 weeks followed by a 4 week off period.

Key Notes

This peptide blend is often used in conjunction with GLP-1 type peptides ( Semaglutide, Retatrutide) to aid in gut health. Commonly started 2 weeks prior to GLP-1 type peptide use.
